Background in Medicine: After nine years in critical care pulmonology in ventilator management, Tim pivoted from the front lines of healthcare and Physician Assistant school to fulfill a critical federal role in medical compensation benefits. He is a retired federal official with over a decade of federal service evaluating and adjudicating veteran disability compensation claims.
Real Estate Investor: Fifteen years of single-family home investments, now adapted to the 2025 market focusing on the most impactful model of value-add multi-family properties with 8-figures in AUM.
Veteran U.S. Army: Tim is an 18-Series OIF-era Veteran that carries both the honor and the consequence of serving in specialized infantry and now brings those Core Values to his Kingdom-Minded entrepreneurial endeavors.
John T. Attiliis

Retired CPA/Tax Strategist: Extensive experience in finance, specializing in real estate syndication., equity, tax credits, and Section 8/ HUD. John also has over 40 years of multifamily investing and development with a proven track record in developing high-value multi-family projects.
Construction Management and Development Expert: Served as CFO and led construction for numerous successful projects and successfully constructed over 100 town homes, and 300 homes showcasing a deep understanding of residential development. With such a diverse specialization history through development, building, syndication, construction management, county permitting, condo conversions and HUD, John is an ideal General Partner.
